Locust Valley Central School District Board of Education Policies 

The Locust Valley Central School District Board of Education now provides on-line access to all Board of Education policies in an effort to provide easier access for community members to review policies. In addition, having the policies catalogued online eliminates the need to print policies, thereby realizing both environmental and financial benefits.

The on-line policy manual includes dates and revisions adopted by the Board of Education, as well as the ability to cross-reference related policies and legal citations. All revisions will be automatically updated as policy changes are adopted. Exhibits and forms can be downloaded where applicable. 

The Board of Education policies are reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Policy Committee, which makes a recommendation to the full Board of Education prior to adoption of any policy modifications or creation of new policies.
